[Question]
Can I buy the
patterns of the classes you are teaching at the Bead & Button Show?
[Answer!]
Unfortunately, the instructions of the classes I am teaching at
the Bead & Button Show 2009 will not be available
for purchase until Spring 2010. However, kits
leftover from the show will be made available for
purchase on my web site shortly. I will send out an
e-mail to everyone on my newsletter list once all
the kits are posted on my web site.

[Question]
I see that you are
teaching a class that I cannot attend. Can I buy the
pattern from you?
[Answer!]
Please check my Kits & Patterns section to see if I
have that pattern for sale. If it is not listed in
this area, then it is not available for purchase at
this time. Normally, a pattern will not be available
for purchase until *after* I've taught it in a class.

[Question]
I just put in an order for some
patterns about an hour ago. Why haven't I received
it yet?
[Answer!]
Please be patient. I fill the pattern orders
manually. I try to check my accounts for sales
several times a day. Some days, I can fill an order
faster than others. I do not fill an order until the
payment has cleared (this includes checks too!).
Normally, it takes within 24 hours of payment
clearing to receive your order.
It is unlikely for an order to be sent within an hour
of the order being placed.

[Question]
I do not like doing online
transactions. Is there another way I can send you
payment?
[Answer!]
Yes! I do accept personal checks and money orders.
Please e-mail me your list of patterns you would
like to purchase to
Mabeline@MabelineDesigns.com and I will contact
you with the necessary information to make it
happen!

[Question]
I would like to purchase a
pattern but it is only available in PDF format. I am
not comfortable downloading and using PDF documents.
Can you mail me a printed copy instead?
[Answer!]
Yes, of course! All patterns that are PDF documents
are available in printed format by request! When you
place your order, please state that you would like
all of your patterns mailed to you in the "comment"
section of the order form. Your pattern order will
be mailed to the mailing address listed in the
PayPal purchase statement. This mailing address is
the one listed with the PayPal account. If you are
using someone's PayPal account, then the order will
be mailed to that account holder's mailing address.
To protect against fraud, I cannot mail out the
order to anywhere or anyone else. All patterns are
shipped free within the continental U.S.A.!

[Question]
I
placed
an order over 24 hours ago for several patterns
available in electronic format. I still haven't
received my patterns. What happened?
[Answer!]
All purchases are sent to the e-mail address of the
PayPal account holder. If you do not have a PayPal
account, then it is sent to the e-mail address
listed in the PayPal transaction. Please
check the e-mail account associated with the PayPal
transaction. The e-mail with have a subject
titled: "Your Pattern Purchase Order." It will
be from my Yahoo! e-mail address. Check your "spam"
folder to see if your e-mail service has filtered my
e-mail to you as spam or junk mail. If this is still
a problem, then please contact me at
Mabeline@MabelineDesigns.com.

[Question]
I'm having problems
printing out your pattern. My printer's margins cut
off some of the instructions. How can I fix this so
that the entire page gets printed?
[Answer!]
There is a printing option within Adobe Acrobat
Reader. Select "Print" from the File drop down menu.
In the Print pop-up box, select the Page Scaling option to "Reduce to
Printer Margins." This will shrink down the area
just enough so that everything can be printed within
your printer's margins.

[Question]
I love your patterns! I want
to make them and sell them to co-workers and give
some away as gifts. Can I do this if I purchase your
patterns?
[Answer!]
Yes, you sure can! I do not put any restrictions on
how many you can make, sell or give away. All I ask
is that you give me credit for the design when
asked, and keep the instructions to yourself! My
patterns are only meant for the buyer only! I do not
give you permission to make copies of my patterns,
sell my patterns, trade them, give them away, or
share them with friends and fellow beading
enthusiasts!
Teaching and
selling my patterns allows me to continue this
path in life. I am constantly coming up with new
patterns and the money I earn from teaching and
selling instructions allows me to do this.
Please do not break the trust I have in you when
you purchase my patterns.

[Question]
I plan on buying lots of
patterns. Do you offer discounts for large orders?
[Answer!]
My patterns are already set at a reasonable price. A
lot of time and effort goes into creating detailed,
step-by-step illustrated instructions. Unlike other
beading instructors, I do not leave out vital
information needed to complete the project or
combine several steps into one diagram to save on
printing costs, like you find
in many popular beading project magazines. I try my
best to make the best instructions I can which are
concise, clear, and complete!
The only discounts
I can offer are FREE STANDARD SHIPPING*
to anywhere in the United States. Standard Shipping
is USPS regular mail. With U.S. orders totaling $55
or more, the FREE shipping is upgraded to USPS
priority mail with delivery confirmation. I will
send out an e-mail after your patterns have been
shipped.
*Orders going out to foreign countries are
exempt. Please contact me to find out what the
cost of shipping would be for patterns shipped
overseas. This only applies to orders for
patterns that need to be mailed.
