Welcome to the world of Mabeline Gidez
About Mabeline Gidez
Mabeline Gidez has been creating distinctive, handcrafted jewelry for more than 10 years now. In addition to crafting her own exclusive line of beaded finery, she also teaches jewelry-making classes at several popular Southern California bead shops.

She has also made three guest appearances on the now syndicated TV show, the Carol Duvall Show on HGTV and DIY Network! See how to make a beautiful enchanted jeweled wreath bracelet in Season 16, episode #1647. In Season 17, episode #1729, you will see how to make a sparkling daisy chain bracelet out of bold and beautiful beads. In her last appearance, Season 18, episode #1818, you will learn the popular wire weaving technique of the herringbone to create a very stylish pendant.

Some of her clients include Dewey Martin and Carol Duvall. And recently, she has provided custom silver earrings to two of ABC's popular shows, The Bachelor and The Bachelorette.

With a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mabeline incorporates her knowledge of design and color theory into her work, creating one-of-a-kind timeless pieces that are chic, classy and fashionable. A complete Gidez collection not only rounds out a fashion ensemble, but also adds to the wearer's presence and mood.

Inspired by natural beauty and diverse genres of music, Mabeline uses these stimuli to create pieces exuding both visual balance and harmony. Her art, reflecting both her interior and exterior worlds, speaks for itself.

In addition to making jewelry and teaching her jewelrymaking craft, she also works as a freelance web designer.

  • She created and currently maintains a web site for one of her most favorite bead shops, Beads 'n Other Needs located in Santa Clarita, California. To view this web site, go to http://www.BeadsnOtherNeeds.com.

  • Another site she created, was for her good friend and talented writer, Karla Tipton. To view her web site, go to http://www.KarlaTipton.com.
